KL00CJ38 Customer Competence (12 cr)
Prerequisites No prerequisites.
Objectives The student understands the significance of the customer-oriented way of action as a success factor of the company. The student can act in the multi channel customer service situations and sales situations in Finnish and English. The student is familiar with the special contractual regulation, especially to the consumer right, in connection with loose trade and credit right. The student understands the basic principles which are related to the liability for damages. Furthermore, she/he learns the significance of the different securities in the credit business and a regulation in connection with the collection of outstanding debts. The student can estimate the significance of the insolvency from the point of view of different parties. The student deepens his know-how in the use of spreadsheet handling, word processing and esitysgrafiikkaohjelmisto.
