KL00CA85 Services Marketing and Development (3 cr)
Prerequisites Basic studies.
Objectives Students are able to introduce the special features of service marketing. Students understand the components of service system and competitive tools of service marketing, as well as can apply them in practice. They understand the significance of internal marketing in providing services. Student understands why service productisation and development is important and knows the essential concepts, phases and methods of service productisation and development and can apply them in practice.
Content Special features of service marketing, service sectors (private and public services, non-profit organisations), service system, internal marketing, competitive tools of service marketing and digital services.
Productisation, priciples of service thinking and service design methods.
Recommended optional programme components If necessary, the student advisor will recommend optional programme components for each student based on their individual study plan.
