KL00BQ46 Developing of Customer Based Business (15 cr)

Objectives A student can plan and implement (a start-up) marketing of a business. She understands a meaning of marketing activities as a part of successful sales process. She understands the value of customers for her own business and knows how to build long-term customer relationships. A student learns how to sell and evaluate the effect of sales in cash flow. She develops her sales and customer relationship skills.
Content Goals for marketing, customer based productization, pricing model, marketing channels, marketing communication. Managing of marketing. The importance of customers, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), goals for sales activities. Support material for sales, practical sales activities and the effect of sales in profitability.

Learning solutions are creative in Entrepreneurship Academy. Student does a contract of studying and a personal study plan.
Learning at Entreprenership Academy happens through real business cases. Things learned are applied through the studies by doing real business cases with a team. The main learning methods are innovation tasks, projects for clients, dialog, seminars, reading of professional litterature and writing of essays.
