Objectives The student understands the importance of corporate communications and is able to define its objectives, target groups and channels. The student is able to plan corporate communications and implement communication activities.
Content The objectives of corporate communications. Communication process. Corporate communications planning. Corporate image. Internal Communications. External Communications. Different forms of corporate communications (media relations, investor relations, crisis communication, marketing PR, online communications, social media).
