K1344LI Contract Law (3 cr)
Prerequisites No prerequisites needed.
Objectives Students deepen their knowledge of contractual regulation and its significance. In addition, they will familiarise themselves with contractual sources of law and argumentation and can explain the contents of the leading principles of the law of contract. Students will concentrate on the different parts of the law of contracts. Students can recognise contractual problems and assess the significance of contract situation and type in practice connected to the students' specific option.
Content Forming a contract, invalidity, interpretation, completion and validity, representation, payment disturbance, the legal remedies of the obligee, collaterals, special purchase of goods, mandates, usufruct contracts.
