Objectives | The student can adapt the central, management of strategic thinking and marketing, an analysis and planning tools and to make plans and decisions which are related to marketing and management of the client connections on the basis of them. The student knows the central sectors of the management of the sales and can apply knowledge to the planning of the sales and to management of the sales organisation. |
Content | Strategic thinking, management of the marketing and planning. Central analysis tools and planning tools. Strategic planning process of the sales. Management of the sales organisation and task field of the superior of the sales. Management of the client connections. |
