Objectives | Students will be able to explain the central concepts and principles of procedural law. Students will be able to use field-specific terms logically and professionally. Students can explain the proceedings in a typical non-contentious jurisdiction matter and write an application in a simple matter. Students can explain the progression in a criminal procedure from preliminary investigation to consideration of charges and from the institution of proceedings to the hearing in district court. |
