Objectives | Student can define the central premises, basic concepts and principles of labour law. Student can describe the norm system in labour law and its differences compared with legislation on civil servants. Student can apply norm system of privacy protection in working life in recruitment situations and during the contract of employment. Student can define the rights and duties of employee and employer. Student can separate different reasons for ending a contract of employment and can explain consequencies for unfounded ending of contract of employment. Student identifies basic principles of personnel's participation right. The goal of the course is that student can the issues described in contents chapter taking into consideration the scope of the course. |
Content | A whole complex of issues in contract of employment: concluding a contract of employment, duties of an employee and employer, extinction of contract of employment, employment security, personnel's participation right. Privacy protection in working life. Issues concerned with labour protection, administration and laws, working time, annual leave. Colloctive agreement system. |
