KL00BQ23	Business Plan Design (12 cr)
Prerequisites	.
Objectives	Students know the entity of business and the effects of different business areas on each other. They can do a business plan for a real company or a business idea using project work together with a project group. They can acquire, analyse and apply knowledge in doing a business plan. In addition, students can clearly present the main parts of the business plan after the project.
Content	Planning, implementation and follow-up of the project. Company and industry analysis, goals and strategies. Marketing, personnel, product and production plans, financial plan and risk management plan.
Recommended optional programme components	If necessary, the student advisor will recommend optional programme components for each student based on their individual study plan.
