Objectives | After having completed the study module students know the central rules and principles and can explain the contents of distraint, bankruptcy law, loan arrangement and debt restructuring. In addition, students are independently capable of identifying content-based problems in practical cases and finding insolvency law's rules and principles applicable to a single case. Students are able to interpret these rules and principles as required by the scope of the study module. |
