Objectives Students will recognize different situations in selling and understand the prerequisites for successful selling. They will also understand the distinctive characteristics related to the buying behaviour of consumers and organizations. Students are also able to explain the stages of sales process and put this theoretical information into practice. In addition, students will recognize the principles of sales management.
