Prerequisites | Yritysjuridiikan perusteet, Business Law, is recommended. |
Objectives | Students can explain and apply marketing aimed at consumers, customer relation, pricing, consumer trade, service marketing, regulations on distance selling and home selling, authoritative instructions, as well as know the law of unfair trading. Students know regulations on consumer protection and product responsibility, and are able to introduce and evaluate their supervision. Students can explain regulations applied on e-marketing, privacy protection marketing and customer relations management and know how to apply them in practice. Moreover students know what copyright mean in marketing. |
Content | Consumer protection law and decrees supporting the law, the law of unfair trading, regulations on consumer protection and product responsibility and official supervision. Regulations and instructions on e-marketing, privacy protection, copyright in marketing. |
