Objectives After completing this study program, the student knows the essential Lean principles and methodologies. The student can apply the learning in his/her own organisation. The student knows the history and development of Lean methodology. The student is aware of cultural challenges of a Lean-developmnet program and he/she has the necessary skills for leading a Lean-program.
