Objectives The students master the versatile manufacturing methods of the modern workshop, know the basics of the machines and software used in them. Learns to choose different manufacturing techniques for producing metal and polymer parts.
The students master the versatile manufacturing methods of the modern workshop, know the basics of the machines and software used in them. The students learn to choose different manufacturing technique for producing metal and polymer parts. The student is able to analyse the measurement results using statistical methods.
Content Basics of numerical control (NC technology)
Methods and equipment for shaping metals
Special machining methods such as spark machining, water jet cutting and powder metallurgy
Manufacturing technology for polymer products
Basics of probability calculation and statistical mathematics
