| Objectives | The student is able to explain the operation of a pneumatic and hydraulic system. The student is able to design a typical hydraulic or pneumatic system and specify typical components and control systems with PLC. The student understands the basics of sensor technology and knows the typical sensors in machine automation. S/he is able to choose and use sensors as a part of control system. The student is able to create a control system for simple application. S/he is able to describe the use of typical electrical components. S/he is able to recognize risks of the electrical system and protect him-/herself from them. |
