| Objectives | Learning outcomes The student - understands international and national competence requirements of advanced clinical practice in palliative care and evaluates them critically in diverse environments. -recognizes the strengths and development needs of his/her expertise and advanced clinical competencies in palliative care and, based on these, creates a personal development and learning plan. - evaluates critically and based on evidence changes in palliative care and services and their significance for his/her own and his/her work community’s competencies and development. -is committed to the continuous development of his/her own expertise, learning together and sharing expertise in multidisciplinary networks. - understands the philosophical and ethical foundations of palliative care in clinical decision-making in palliative care and promotes their realization in practice. |
