Objectives The student can
1. Explain the mechanisms of psychological safety as a phenomenon on an individual level and on a community level

2. Apply emotional skills in their work

3. Analyse emotional atmospheres and their significance for workplace well-being and productivity, and apply methods for leading the emotional atmosphere
Content Psychological safety. Polyvagal theory. Psychological safety in the workplace. Emotional skills, emotional intelligence and leading emotional athmospheres. The principals and process of restorative mediation.
Recommended optional programme components If necessary, the student advisor will recommend optional programme components for each student based on their individual study plan.
