Objectives | The student can 1. Analyse the role of managerial work in leading workplace well-being 2. Master the basic practices of human resources and talent management 3. Master the basics of legislation, contracts and forms of co-operation for occupational health and safety, and can apply these in practice 4. Identify and analyse the importance of workplace well-being as a success factor of the organization. The basic elements being holistic well-being, resources, internal and external motivation, talent management, participatory development and athmosphere. 5. Measure the workplace well-being, track and develop it. |
