Objectives | Student - can apply project methods and project management tools - is able to take responsibility for the preparation of a project plan - is capable to take responsibility for the implementation of the project according to the plan - is able to take responsibility for monitoring, evaluating and documenting the project |
Content | Day-to-day management of the project in line with the objectives, negotiations required for project work (cooperation agreements in own working group and with working partners), responsibility for project outputs and adequate quality level, responsibility for project schedule and budget, responsibility for internal and external communication, responsibility for project risk analysis and internal changes (as authorized by the steering group), responsibility for project evaluation and reporting. |

Execution methods | You will learn about project management by studying theoretical knowledge under the guidance of a teacher, independently and in groups. Act as a project leader in a project activity related to your studies (e.g. various public events, emergency aid or disaster drills). You will practise goal-oriented interaction, giving and receiving feedback on project management in different project-related situations. Demonstrate your competence through agreed learning tasks and activities in the project |
