Objectives | The student is able to assess the resources of the aged, their and their families needs for care, and is able to plan and implement care in order to promote health and rehabilitation of the aged. The student develops skills for being able to act as a nurse in a multi-professional team and network of care and services for the aged. The student has knowledge of elderly nursing and services, and recognises the needs to develop them. |
Content | Knowledge of ethical theory, theoretical knowledge and manual skills for elderly nursing in home care. The student can apply the contents of the course into practise. |
