If you wish to audit all first and second year paramedic studies, you must have at least one year of work experience in basic level paramedic (ambulance) within the last three years in addition to one of the above qualifications. This is done by completing an assessment of basic level paramedic skills, including a written portfolio of skills, a theory test and practical demonstrations in simulated paramedic situations.

The assessment must always be agreed in advance with the paramedic teacher.
