| Objectives | Learning outcomes / What do I need to know? 1. The Student knows the legislation and ethical principles governing emergency nursing. 2.The Student knows the job description of a nurse in primary care. 3.The Student describes the care pathway and treatment of a typical emergency patient in the emergency department. 4. The Student applies safe working methods. 5. The Student examines and monitors the patient's basic vital functions using information from examinations, procedures and point-of-care analytics. 6. The Student guides patients and their relatives in matters such as self-care and other typical health advice situations. 7. The Student searches for information in reliable nursing databases and use it in my work in emergency nursing. 8. The Student plans vaccination using evidence-based knowledge. 9. The Student knows fundamentals of neurology. 10.The Student identifies his competences and areas for development. |
