Prerequisites | You have 120 CR. |
Objectives | 1. I understand the legal basis for digital transactions and the assessment of care needs. 2. I know different digital tools for assessing and guiding care needs. 3. I compare the customer orientation of different types of reception. 4. I understand the importance of digital service management in managing patient flow. 5. I am responsible for assessing and developing my own skills. |
Content | 1. Starting points and consent for digital business in social and health care 2. Different digital tools (for example mobile apps, mobile phone, computer) and reception facilities for the assessment and management of care needs 3. Digital symptom assessments (e.g. Omaolo) and care assessment tools (e.g. triage) 4. Interacting with a patient or professional via video 5. Service management as part of the patient care pathway 6. Digital guidance and decision-making skills of nurses |
