ON00DV09	Evidence-based Leadership and Development in Nursing (3 cr)
Prerequisites	Level I and Level II studies are ongoing or completed without deficits.
Objectives	The student: • describes how the strategy and quality assurance guide personal work and the work of different organisations - public, corporate and third sector. • describes and analyses the leadership as well as the methods of leadership in organisations; • assesses the economical facts and costs of organisations producing the service; • recognises and analyses the developmental needs of organisations as well as new possibilities to do business.

Execution methods	The course will be implemented into both theoretical and skills development. Theoretical methods: hybrid lectures, international collaboration Skills Development: Oral presentations, group learning and written assignments with the use of critical thinking
