ON00DV09 Evidence-based Leadership and Development in Nursing (3 cr)
Prerequisites Level I and Level II studies are ongoing or completed without deficits.
Objectives The student:

• describes how the strategy and quality assurance guide personal work and the work of different organisations - public, corporate and third sector.
• describes and analyses the leadership as well as the methods of leadership in organisations;
• assesses the economical facts and costs of organisations producing the service;
• recognises and analyses the developmental needs of organisations as well as new possibilities to do business.
