Objectives	You know land use planning, building permits and environmental impact assessment of wind power stations. You know the factors to be taken account when finding the location for a wind farm. You know the construction of a wind turbine. You can improve your cad-modeling skills.
Content	Finding the location of wind power park. Building permits and environmental impact assessments. Design of wind turbine components. Modeling of main components. Strength analysis on a component. Basics of electrical engineering of the wind power plant.
Recommended optional programme components	If necessary, the student advisor will recommend optional programme components for each student based on their individual study plan.
Accomplishment methods	Student groups prepare a report which will be evaluated. Results will be presented.
