KA00EP12	Data and Decision Making (5 cr)
Prerequisites	Not applicable
Objectives	The student is familiar with descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive. The student knows the concept of data-driven decision-making. The student can develop analytics dashboards and use them in communication. The student is familiar with the concepts of data literacy, data management and data governance, and understands their impact on business and organization development. The student knows how to use simulations, predictions and machine learning in data-driven decision making. The student is familiar with the different roles in data-driven organization and can support cultural transition to data-driven organization.
Content	Four types of analytics (descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive.) Reports and dashboards. Data management, data governance and data literacy. Simulations, predictions, AI and machine learning in data-driven decision-making. Culture, people, roles, structure, and hierarchy of data-driven organization.
