Objectives | The student understands how each employee’s behavior affects an organization's success, welfare at work and work atmosphere. The student can describe their own responsibility as a member of work community. The student can set goals and analyze their own actions in different duties during their work careers in a multidisciplinary and cross-cultural work community. The student knows the most current methods and tools of IT project work and is able to use them in their own professional field. The student explores the newest technologies and methods in IT field. The student is able to utilize their previously gained knowledge and to implement new technologies in some application area. |
Content | Working Life Competencies (3 ECTS): Management and employee skills, working life practices and legislation, organizational communication, health, welfare and safety at work. Current Project Tools (3 ECTS): Current project management tools and methods and applying them in practice. New Technologies (6 ECTS): New technologies in IT field and implementing them in different application areas. |
