Objectives Students learn essential leadership skills, including how to inspire and motivate individuals, manage talent, and lead teams. Students will practice management skills like planning, motivating, problem solving and decision-making.
Content Implementing strategies, plans, and projects on time and managing change in organizations. Current Leadership theories and frameworks for exploring what it means to be a leader.
