Objectives | After completing the course, the student understands international marketing and sales from a strategic viewpoint and is familiar with the strategic sales planning process. S/he learns the principles of data-driven management and learns to use data-based analysis and planning tools to support international marketing and sales decision-making. The student can plan and manage international marketing and sales. The student also learns basic customer relationship management concepts. |
