Objectives Student understands the meaning and objectives of marketing and sales in customer oriented business. Student knows the basic concepts of marketing and understands consumer buying behavior.
Student understands the selling process and is able to apply it in practice.
Content Marketing thinking, marketing environment, consumer behavior, segmentation and marketing mix. General requirements for a salesperson and selling, different selling situations, selling process, selling skills.
Recommended optional programme components If necessary, the student advisor will recommend optional programme components for each student based on their individual study plan.
