Objectives | Student: - Understand the importance of multi-agency cooperation and their management relationships in day-to-day and emergency situations, both in multi-patient and major emergency situations. - Understand the importance of operational management in their own work unit but also in the activities of their stakeholders. - Be familiar with current and future operational management environments and operating models and analyse their impact on day-to-day and emergency situations. - Understand the importance of developing preparedness and capability maintenance at the hospital district and national level |
