| Objectives | The student 1. applies advanced level knowledge of nursing to the planning, implementation and assessment of the care. 2. evaluates his/ her competencies to work independently and takes responsibility as an advanced nursing practitioner in scope of practice. 3. applies clinical pharmacology and pharmacotherapy in their field of expertise. 4. identifies the requirements of individual pharmacotherapy and control pharmacotherapy. 5. develops and evaluates evidence-based counselling, its methods and materials for diverse situations in individuals and groupos, using a veriety of methods. 6. documents the health and well-being of the client in the documentation related to the treatment process in accordance with national recommendations 7. consults and /or acts as a consulting expert to other health care professionals and care providers in his/her advanced scope of practice. 8. identifies patient’s comprehensive care plan and masters service-counselling principles to respond to the needs of patients and their next of kin. |
