Objectives | I understand the importance of sound design as part of performing and audiovisual arts. I envisage different ways of approaching sound design work technically and artistically. I can make field recordings, which are suitable for post-processing. I can edit and process sound to create the impression I want. |
Content | The course covers the history of sound design, basic concepts and working methods in the context of different art forms. Students make recordings in field conditions and post-process these recordings and other audio material as practice assignments. |
