Objectives | I can work as part of a group and I have learned to bear the responsibility of studying my own parts independently. I master different styles of rhythmic music and outline my own role as soloist and/or accompanist of the band. I can play basic repertoire from different eras of rhythm music. I develop my interaction skills and can reflect on my own work. I can interpret sheet music as required by the aesthetics of rhythm music. |
Content | In the lessons, we study different styles of rhythm music from the perspective of ensemble playing and improvisation. Both ready-made sheet music and auditory self-study from a recording work as study methods. Each episode focuses on a different style of rhythm music. |
