Objectives The student can identify his/her own competences based on the current education, previous (work) experiences and earlier studies. The student can apply his/her competences in a vacancy and can market his/her competences, knowledge, and skills. The student becomes familiar with the job application process and is able to prepare adequately for a job application, a CV, a Portfolio, and a job interview. The student can identify his/her own competences and can market himself/herself.
Content Professional self-awareness and self-analysis, recognition of competences, career options and planning, job application process, job seeking methods, job application, job interview, CV, portfolio, tests, marketing own skills and competences.
Recommended optional programme components If necessary, the student advisor will recommend optional programme components for each student based on their individual study plan.

pass/fail
For a Pass:
The student actively participates in classes, in group activities, and completes individual assignments, i.e. Professional self-awareness and self-analysis, recognition of competencies, career planning, a job application exercise, a job interview exercise, and a marketing own-skills exercise.

For a Fail:
The student's attendance is less than 70%; the student does not complete the above group and individual assignments.
