| Objectives | Quantitative research methods (3 ECTS): Students understand the basic concepts of quantitative research. They also familiarize themselves with sampling methods and measurement scales. Students can build a valid questionnaire, collect and describe statistical data by using appropriate software. Qualitative research methods (2 ECTS): Students familiarize themselves with the basic concepts of qualitative research. They understand when qualitative research methods can be applied and learn the importance of a research question. Students also know how to plan a qualitative research project. |
