Student also understands the aspects of contract law in e-business. Student knows the basic principles of legislation on restrictive business practices. Student knows how to act responsibly when processing personal data and can explain the main principles of data protection. Student is also capable of applying them in practice. Student understands the role of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in business and knows appropriate actions to protect intellectual property. |
