I understand the basics of machine learning and neural networks but I'm not capable of solving problems myself. good (3-4) I can use SQL and/or noSQL databases with Python to solve simple to intermediate level machine learning problems. I have a basic understanding of how artificial neural networks work. excellent (5) I use SQL and noSQL databases with Python fluently. I can solve intermediate to hard machine learning problems.
